Join us while Fool’s Paradise takes the stage. Varying from funky blues to sophisticated jazz/blues fusion, there is plenty of depth within their genre to keep you off your seat!

The band consists of George Ole Johnson on guitar and vocals, Dave Bergman on keyboard/saxophone/vocals, Tim Ray on drums/vocals, and David Bergman on bass guitar.

Quiche: sautéed spinach, onion, tomato, egg, & Parmesan cheese all bake in a flakey pie crust and served with fresh fruit

Breakfast Strata: Chorizo, red peppers, onions, brioche, egg, & sharp white Cheddar baked to perfection and served with fresh fruit

Strawberry Crepes: 4 thin crepe shells filled with a cream cheese and sour cream blend, topped with fresh strawberries and served with bacon

Crab Cake Benedict: Fresh Dungeness crab, sauteed spinach, with eggs layered over a toasted English muffin then dressed with hollandaise sauce & green onions. Served with Fresh fruit

Chowder Bread Bowl: Hollowed out and toasted sourdough bread bowl filled with house made clam chowder and Caesar salad.

Chicken Apple & Goat Cheese Salad: Wild Spring mix tossed in house made Champagne dressing with granny smith apples, oven roasted chicken, red onion slivers, candied spiced almonds and dried apple chips.
